Создаем чудесную шкатулку для украшений

В преддверии 8 марта хочу рассказать вам, как сделать шкатулку для украшений в технике картонаж. Я люблю эту технику, потому что она позволяет сделать из простых и доступных материалов красивую и практичную вещь. Вы можете придумать себе любую форму, любое количество отделов и ящичков — и все это вы сможете сделать из листа картона и отреза ткани. 

Для мастер-класса я выбрала относительно простую форму шкатулки для украшений. В ней есть один отдел для небольших браслетов, цепочек, кулонов и пр. и отдел для колец и серег. Она может стать весьма удачным подарком и не потребует от вас больших финансовых вложений. А может вы захотите сделать такую для себя, чтобы хранить свои сокровища :)

В этом мастер-классе вы узнаете основные картонажные приемы, познакомитесь с одним из видов шарниров и способом изготовления пухлой обложки на таком шарнире. Последнее может быть полезно и тем, кто делает блокноты.

Текста будет много, картинок тоже. Я постаралась описать для вас не только последовательность действий, но и объяснить, почему я предлагаю делать именно так. Чтобы вы заранее знали о некоторых возможных ошибках и способах их избежать.

Перед началом работы над туфельками, я бы посоветовала посмотреть фотографии пуантов, обратить внимание следует на их конструкцию и как они сидят на ножке балерины.

Предлагаю вариант подарка для человека, который носит очки. Хотя он подойдет всем, ведь у всех есть солнечные очки. Очечник настольный, он же шкатулка, он же карандашница. Fir, White Rabbit Ver. - $288 base price (Muse Girl body), clear resin bunny ears $50, choice of extra hand parts $20, face-up $50, body blushing $48, eyes $25, wig $28, outfit $118, shoes $46 - bringing the full set cost to: $673. If I got her, I wouldn't be able to live without the ears (so cute!), face-up and eyes, and pretty amazing outfit. I don't see the shoes, actually. I've always loved Fir--and this version--oh, so soft!

Sakura as Alice - Oh, my favorite! She has the perfect (almost vacant and frightened) Alice look, and I adore the lolita Alice outfit, complete with lingerie. $288 base price (Muse Lady body), ear parts (either cat or rabbit) $50, extra hands $20, face-up $50, body blushing $48, eyes $25, wig $28, outfit $112, shoes $46, which brings the full set cost to: $667. Wow.

These dolls are simply gorgeous! I may have to break down and order one. Ack! How to decide.

Here's a cool coordinate for SD boys that reminds me of chocolate truffles. Haha, who would have thought that layering jackets would look chic? I guess it depends on the person wearing it. Ah well, I'm pretty sure your doll can carry the look. ;)

Get the Look: American Horror Story (SD)

I am crazy obsessed with American Horror Story: Coven right now. It's so weird, gross and crazy in a really good way. XD Other than the awesome witchy goodness, what draws me even more to the show is the fashion the actresses sport!
